About our store
The products available in our shop are sold by Tiimikaveri Oy (y-tunnus 2769270-5). The products in our e-shop are sold for private persons as well as for companies in Finland. Tax is contained in the price of the products. We reserve the right to make changes in prices and postal fees.
Ordering and order confirmation
When ordering, the customer commits to terms of delivery effective at that time. All the orders are confirmed via email, in which the price, postal fees and the ordered products are confirmed. To get the order confirmation, entering your e-mail is required at checkout.
Provider of payment services
Our provider of payment services is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in co-operation with finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is seen as the receiver of the payment in your bank statement and provides the payment to the storeowner. Paytrail Oyj is authorized by government. In reclamation situations we ask to contact the provider of the products first.

We ship products every day of the week. Depending on the storaging of the product, shipping takes 2-14 days from the time of the order. Abnormal shipping times are notified with the product. In case you are in a hurry, please notify us. We are innovative with our deliveries and often bring products straight to practice.
Delivery type and postal fees
Postal fees include shipping-, packaging- and handling fees. You see the postal fees in the shop at checkout. We ship our products in a package, with home delivery or pickup point delivery. If the delivery is wanted with “fragile” delivery, an extra fee will be added on depending on the prices effective at the time. A part of our products can be collected directly from our store, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Confirm before the order if the product can be collected from our store. The products you have ordered have a 14-day right to return or change the product. The right to return only applies to products in the original packaging, unused and sellable products. We ask to inform us of a return beforehand at email@example.com. Please add the following information with the return.

We do not accept returns after 14 days after the delivery. When the return is accepted, your money will be returned to your account after the handling. Products customized for the customer have no right to return
Failing to collect your product
If the customer plans to not collect the product from the pickup point, the customer will always have to make a cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the customer fails to make a cancel the delivery and doesn’t collect the order, we will collect a 13€ payment from the customer for the costs.
Wrong product or flawed product
Even with thorough packaging, packages can be damaged during delivery. That’s why it is preferred to check the condition of the package with the supervision of a post officer. In the case of your product being damaged, make a damage declaration right away. After this, contact our customer service at email@example.com to schedule a new delivery of the product. In the case of a product going missing or the product delivered is not the product ordered, the customer has to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The declaration about a failed delivery must be done in 14 days after the delivery. If the product has been damaged at the post office, a reclamation should be made right away to the post.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. The customer has to get to know our terms of delivery before ordering. Tiimikaveri Oy handles all customer information with full confidentiality and commits to not give customer information away to third parties.
